Day two of blogging
Got up early, and they said two hour delay, so went back to bed. Got up to go work out and take Kyler to swim practice, and they cancelled school...oh well, more time to work out! So I did a little extra...45 minutes on eliptical plus upper body workout and a few extra situps/planks. With all this snow, at least I know I am in shape to shovel! :-) Still hate the lunges! :-( But I know they are good for me. Also, I still highly recommend the latest CHICAGO cd available at Hallmark...40th anniversary Collection. Makes for some great workout music.

First Attempt
Well, tonite was our fourth meeting (I missed the third one...oops). We had a great time learning how to get this blog started. And to hear how everyone is doing. It seems we are all "at a fresh start" time....plateu in weight loss, illness keeping us out of the gym, or just the "busyness" of life. I have been faithful to the workout time, but need to eat the right balance of carbs and proteins to get my weightloss moving....just counting calories is not cutting it. So, I am ready to keep you and the rest of the world posted on a weekly basis.
